Victor Thorne – Victor currently serves as Director of TechColumbus & Ohio Tech Angel Funds. He is Co-Founder of Broadline Capital, a global investment management firm. A decade ago Mr. Thorne co-founded the leading provider of software and supply chain management solutions for the trillion-dollar consumer packaged goods industry and food industry. Creating the industries’ first SaaS electronic supply network, the resulting company became an innovator in the automation of core business processes. The company’s order management solution facilitates more than $220 Billion in transactions annually and converts traditional paper-based processes into more efficient paperless transactions for more than 6,000 manufacturers and distributors, and 100,000 retail operators throughout North America. In 2007, the company was successfully sold to institutional investors. Mr. Thorne began his career at Morgan Stanley. He received his AB from Harvard University, where he played intercollegiate football, and received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Brooke Paul – Brooke is an entrepreneur that has led several successful companies in the Internet services, software, and risk management industries. He has founded three companies and helped numerous early stage companies raise capital, grow revenue, develop products, and successfully exit. Most recently he served as Co-Founder and Chairman of MobileWait, a SaaS provider for the restaurant industry. Prior to MobileWait he was CEO and President of Neohapsis, one of the premier information security and risk management service organizations in the world. He is currently active in the local Columbus, OH business community and is an executive mentor for the entrepreneurial program at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Brooke has a B.S. in Psychology from OSU & an M.S. in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine.
